2017 dodge grand caravan gt the rear screen would go black intermittently but would still display the dodge logo and radio stations so I changed the ribbon cable in rear monitor and I'm still having the same issues any suggestions are helpful thank you!

 

Are you having any problems with the radio in the dash. Or is it just the rear? And do you have an overhead console where the monitor is?

 

the radio in dash is not having any issues and yes it's the console that is about 4 to 5' long

 

Yesterday it played for about 25min then screen went blank ejected disc powered off radio powered back on inserted disc it played another 30min and did it again couldn't get it to play again..

 

Do you have two monitors or just the one. If you have just the one and the ribbon has been replaced. I would say you have a monitor going bad. I have seen this on the radio's. in the dash.

 

I only have the one monitor in the overhead console and the factory touch screen in dash.
