different dash lites on randomly. when i take it in they find nothing. sometimes wont shift or start

 

I had electrical problems with my first 07 caravan(alarm issues, horn wouldn’t work). I know the fix for me was replacing the fuse panel under the hood. I had dodge Check it and then do the work. It cost $700(CDN) to fix the horn but it would’ve just kept getting worse with more mysterious problems in the future. I was told the fuse panels were a common failure.
