Looks like the high side line for the rear evaporator.

 

Do you think it has a big role? it's serious?

 

It’s only important if you want the rear air conditioning to work. If the front AC is working, the lines leading to the rear evaporator have probably been blocked off.

If you’re not concerned with the rear AC working, it’s not gonna affect drive ability to leave it unhooked.
