hi, I have purchased recently a new grand caravan 2019 model. Then after using a car I realized the edge of the front doors are not matching with the edge of the sliding doors. There is a space gap when they are fully closed!
I contacted my dealership, they called me back and said, this is normal and this is by Dodge design to make it like this in order to reduce the air noise while driving!
I was looking to different caravans and I never realized they have the same issue as mine so I am asking does this really the case? is it by Dodge engineers to design it this way for some models? (i am attaching the photos to make it clear )
In addition, what I shall do if the dealership was not telling me the truth left door left door1 right door left door right door left door
