Van died while driving.
no start.
obd2 not communicating with computer
tried few diffrent scanners no data available
does anyone have a wiring diagram for 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L??
thinking maybe broken wire in engine harness.
any ideas?

 

Is the scan tool not communicating or not powering on? If it’s not powering on when plugged into the OBD port, check the PTC fuse in the engine bay fuse box - it provides power to the OBD port as well as the power outlet (cigarette lighter). My wiring diagram shows this should be a 13A fuse but you’ll be fine using a 15A.

There’s a lot of directions diagnosis can go if the scan tool powers up but there’s no communication. To find out if the communication network is in tact, check the resistance between pins 6 & 14 of the OBD connector - you should have about 60 ohms.
