Default Repetitive ticking sound...no one has clue at dealership?

Own a 2019 grand caravan. Since purchase I’ve noticed a ticking sound that happens when I’m in idle foot on break and in gear. not park. No it’s getting louder since purchase in March. Please any suggestions. Dealership says probably supposed to happen. But I have test drove others and can’t replicate. Please watch video....

I too have noticed this sound. To me is sounds like a series of relays cycling. It makes 3-6 clicks randomly while in drive but stopped. It does it with the ac on or off and repeats itself every couple of minutes. No clue as to the cause.

There's not an engine manufacturer today that come with a normal ticking sound. The only thing that comes with a ticking sound is a time bomb and that's eventually what you've got with a ticking engine unfortunately it will fail. The Pentastar engine has been known to have bad roller rocker especially if you've been using an inferiority oil and Mobil 1 would be included in this low quality oil in my books. Have the dealer check the rockers out.

I know the specific clicking I hear on mine is not engine related. It is a series of clicks that repeats itself every couple of minutes like some system is cycling

Have you notice if it sounds like a rubbing sound or any code ( check engine lamp)? Also does it matter if the engine cold, warm or hot? I learning toward evap solenoid that is cycling and causing a clicking sound.
