Own a 2019 grand caravan. Since purchase I’ve noticed a ticking sound that happens when I’m in idle foot on break and in gear. not park. No it’s getting louder since purchase in March. Please any suggestions. Dealership says probably supposed to happen. But I have test drove others and can’t replicate. Please watch video....

There's not an engine manufacturer today that come with a normal ticking sound. The only thing that comes with a ticking sound is a time bomb and that's eventually what you've got with a ticking engine unfortunately it will fail. The Pentastar engine has been known to have bad roller rocker especially if you've been using an inferiority oil and Mobil 1 would be included in this low quality oil in my books. Have the dealer check the rockers out.
