I just bought a 2019 Grand Caravan GT this week, and so far, I'm loving it. The tech (radio and nav) seems to be a little outdated (updating that soon), but the one thing I'm wondering about is a burnt rubber smell that seems to be coming from the sliding doors. I'm assuming these need to be lubricated. Anyone out there have some suggestions on how to go about doing this? Also, is there a highly recommended service guide that people here are using? Thanks!
