I was pulling a p303 code on our 2013 Grand caravan with 87,000 miles. Replaced coil packs, plugs, and injectors. Still getting code. Took it to the dealer. Had worn valve adjusters.
That fixed the rough idle and cleared that code. Now I'm getting a too rich code. They say the injectors are the problem. Looks like I have to change the injectors.

Would like to add my tale of regarding a similar issue and perhaps fine some guidance. I have 2014 Town and Country with 111,000 miles and I am definitely down the "pentastar engine" rabbit hole. It started with a cylinder 6 misfire along with a air/fuel imbalance code. I was hoping solving the misfire, new plugs and coil would take care of the fuel imbalance issues. Not so fast, after replacing plugs and coil in cylinder 6 a got a injector fault code in cylinder 4 along with the air/fuel imbalance code. UGH, so change out the injector, no more injector fault code but the air/fuel imbalance code persists. After researching and reading about the dreaded head, rocker arm and cam issues on these motors I ventured on to the head. I figured that must be it. A quick (not really) check of the cam shaft and rocker arms which showed no issues, cam is fine, no lifter clicking etc, Looking to do a compression test next just to make sure head is ok. After one of the tear down and build ups of the intake I switched coils around on bank 2, putting the new coil on cylinder 2 and an the old one on cylinder 6. Which resulted in a misfire code back on cylinder 6. UGH. So as you see nothing but frustration. I am looking to change out all coils and injectors on bank to, if the compression test comes in ok. After that, if it's not fix I will head to dealership, maybe ECM needs to be updated (flashed) with the replacement of coil and injectors?.....

Default Same problem

So, I have a 2019 Grand Caravan GT. I bought it used with 47k miles in January 2020. I checked it over myself really good. Hooked up my foxwell scanner and didn't find any cleared codes. Called my local dodge service and they ran the VIN and it had no recalls or service history.

Six months later we take it on a long road trip. On the way there it, the engine, developed a light vibration while at idle. I checked the motor mounts, they were fine. On the way back home I get a check engine light. Hook my scanner up and it's number 2 cylinder misfire. At this point I've got 59k mileage.

So I call my local dodge service. They tell me it's plugs or coils.... which are considered consumables and not covered. No big deal for me. I've been building/ working on cars for 35 years.... so I replace my coils and plugs.

A week of driving and the same number 2 cylinder misfire code comes back again. I swap coils just to see if it's a coil problem. Nope. Comes back again after a couple days.

So, I call dodge again. They tell me it's probably a bad cylinder head. But because I'm now at 64k miles I'm no longer covered for a replacement.

I do some research and see some of the older models had this problem and were fixed. I ask the service department if they can appeal for me and apply that solution to fix my van, but they won't even bother.

Does anybody here currently have this problem? Anyone have any advice on how I can get them to fix it under warranty?

Thank you!
I have had the same problem we cought it before the warranty ran out and they replaced the cylinder head, and about a week or 2 later threw the same code, replaced spark plugs, coils, im still trying to figure it out. 2019 dodge caravan gt also. Im due for inspection at end of month, need answers also
