Wanting to make the family van capable of going anywhere

Does anyone know what donor vehicles i could use to add awd and/or 4wd i really want to make the van a perfect family survival vehicle so clearance level and drivetrain are my first to change out

The sport model came with awd. Probably cheaper to just find one of those than trying to covert a 20 year old vehicle.
