Can anyone tell me what kind of seat is supposed to go here 16 grand caravan I don’t think it is stow and go

Looks like the floor in my stow and go. I'm putting in knock offs of weather tech this weekend. I will take measurement for you but I'm certain it's stow & go captains chairs. That said you can call a dealer with a vin and ask for "a price on the seats in the second row" and then you will know.

Here is a pic of the floor with a stow and go seat. I see that it is slightly different from yours. So it has to be bench seat like JKeaton said.
