Cool Parksense add-on?

Hello Forum Members,

I've just bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT and I'm real happy with what I've got.

The only thing I've been wondering, is whether I could easily install Parksense sensors.

I've done quite a bit of search and nothing came up...

I do pretty much all the work on my vehicles, and what I was wondering, is if I got sensors off a van in a junkyard, would there possibly be some already existing wiring harness/connector to plug into? Or would it require some extra module? Would it need any (expensive) dealer programming? (And would I be able to also get it out of a junkyard van without conflict with programming, etc.) Anything else unexpected and impossible to do? Or would it be simple and straightforward?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know what park sense is so let me start by saying that. However running wires in the floor for subs was super easy, and running wires in the headliner to add passenger lights that are independent of the drivers/front lights (real dumb dodge, real dumb) was okay, not easy but okay. I also ran a wire to put a camera (dash cam) rom the lift gate window to the rearview mirror because the rearview mirror gets covered when I'm hauling stuff such as an oven or stuff to the dump as I did yesterday. The headliner is full of airbag wires so if that makes you nervous stick to the floor panels (the plastic panels under the doors) as they just pop right out.

Thanks

ParkSense is the proximity/motion sensors on the rear bumper that warn of objects when backing up (4 round sensors and whatever electronics "behind the scenes".

I'm trying to find out how much the install would be "plug and play" vs "nightmare" if I pulled out sensors, module, wiring, etc. from a junkyard van.
