Default AC reset

I'm having problems with AC not cooling enough. I've been reading about resetting AC, but can't seem to get a clear picture of which buttons to push. I have a 2016 grand caravan r/t with dual zone / rear zone. No heated seats or steering wheel. Any thought or advice

I appreciate the answer from Rob at Dodge cares. I thought this was a place where we can share info for DIY'ers to avoid spending money at a dealership. So Rob if you know the answer or have actual advice for my situation, then tell me. I am afraid I see your reply as a solicitation. I don't do forums much, is this appropriate or common in this forum, someone tell me

First you can try with a/c on turn both ***** simultaneously from hot to cold 5 or 6 times to synchronize the blend doors. you can also go to an auto shop that specialize in a/c repair to check pressures to insure that the refrigerant isn't low which will cause an evaporator freeze up.

Check your evaporator drain pan, drain line may be plugged with dirt, once it's all clean evaporator will stop freezing. Also keep ur thermostat little higher on a v hot day, low setting may cause freeze ups.
