2017 GC 78000 miles Ex hertz car owned for 3 years. maintained by Dodge Dealer and myself. Oil and filterchanges every 4-5000 mi. Air filter changed as oil change. Cyl #2 misfire took to dealer and after diagnostic the head must be removed to determine problems. I have owned nearly every brand of car and truck for the last 50 years and never had a major engine problem with less than 150K miles. This is a bad manufactureing problem when a 2017 model vehicle cannot make it to 80K miles without problems. My Chevrolet has 174000 miles on it and still runs great. Come on Dodge help me out here.

 

Well i've got a 2013 sxt plus with 147.000 miles on it and runs as good as when it was new no ticks no engines issues I ran Castrol edge 5w-20 since new oil /filter change at oil indicator cycle followed by a bottle of Lucas deep clean fuel system cleaner follow by 3 bottles of Lucas injector cleaner & upper cylinder lubricant after every oil change run non ethanol 87 fuel with a K&N air filter. This worked for me so far I'm keeping on with the same ritual.
