I have a few high end diagnostic scanners. They can only access the Engine and Trans modules on older dodge vehicles. They can't access other systems such as the Body Module. Is anyone aware of an inexpensive scanner than can access all systems on older dodge vehicles?
I know the DRB III can do it, but they go for $3000+ for a used one. It does not look like any of the auto parts stores have anything and certainly nothing they loan out.
