[General]: Drove through a flooded street
Hello, i live in Florida and it rained CRAZY here in south fla yesterday. Id say it was about 6 to 8 inches. Tbe water didn't reach the headlights but it was puddle after puddle the last one i made it out and the van started to slow down. Power uas still on just came to a stop. I stepped on the gas and nothing. So i had it towed to dodge. Any advice or tips you can give im worried i explained what happened and the tow truck man said no good when i got to the dealer they were so busy he said it would be days before some one can look at it then he will call and let me know what the diagnoses is now im afraid the warranty might not cover now .
It sounds like the you may have ingested water into the engine and cause it to lock up. Once the oil is remove from the pan the tech should know more. And then see if the engine will turn over by hand.

Did you try to start the engine? Did it crank but not start? Did it just go CLICK and nothing? If you hydrolocked the engine with water, it may be toast.
