Hi. I have a 2009 Grand Caravan. It has the EPS BAS light on, and shows traction symbol as well.

I checked using a code reader and it showed the attached message. Any idea what the problem is and how do I reset?. I tried reseting ABS codes but the light doesn't go away. The only difference is that code reader shows from (1/2) Active, it shows (1/1) Active.
