My 2002 caravan has been hesitating when I accelerate. It’s not the normal shaking that you get from a car that needs a tuneup but more so hard bucking of the RPMs. It almost seems like it’s a transmission issue but I really don’t think that because today I felt the car shift along side with the rpms bouncing around. I will attach videos below but I have been trying to figure this out now for weeks and it’s really getting on my nerves.

 

How much do the RPM's fluctuate when this happens? Is it in certain gears or all? Please elaborate. Not sure if I can help, but maybe.
