Hello I have a 2004 dodge grand caravan that I have replaced the computer twice new and programmed to the VIN number. i have also replaced the Intake air temp sensor twice.
Same issue comes up low voltage at .024 volts. so i replaced the wiring that comes from the pcm to the IAT plug and same issue low voltage. I have checked all that i can check from the web is there anything that i can do to get me out of this issue cause the gas milage is worse than my 2000 GMC and thats bad.

Check the rear cylinder head near the brake booster. The wire harness maybe to the injectors and IAT. There was some years that the harness had melted and shorting out the injector harness which is also part of the intake air temp.
