Hi, I have a 2007 Caravan, and the fan sometimes stays on for hours after turning it off. Sometimes it turns off normally. I take the fuse out when I park it. Put it back on before I drive.

Now, very strange. When I turn the key to Accessory, wipers, windows, radio, blower all work.

When I turn to run, (but not turn it on) All the accessories pulse. On off on off.

Then when I turn the key all the way, start the engine. Everything quits.
