Default Idle issue

I have a 2004 dodge caravan sxt 3.3L. The van has ran fine for years my wife drove it for the first time 2 days ago and all of a sudden it doesnt want to accelerate unless you barely touch the gas pedal. It all started after she used the adjuster to move the pedals up closer. I tried the tps, plugs, wires, egr, cam shaft, an crank shaft. I cant find a part # for the accelerator pedal sensor. Any ideas?

This should just have a old school throttle cable that connects to the pedal assembly and throttlebody. If you push the gas pedal down, you should be able to see if the throttle is opening or not. There is no pedal sensor on the 07-earlier, it's all mechanical. There should just be a TPS sensor on the throttlebody.

What if the cable is a little loose? Should i check on replacing it? Like by the throttle body where it an the cruise control cable connect.
