Keep blowing asd fuse every time I turn the key on

 

Try using a circuit breaker and see if it still pops. If it does you have a circuit shorting to ground. Have you try replacing the ASD relay? I had a Dakota truck that did the same thing. It ended up being the crankshaft sensor.
