Default 1995 plymouth voyager compression piston rings

I think I have found the problem with my vehicle, compression. But I am not quite for sure what is causing the compression loss. I don't think it is the valves because I did leak test and some of them were good. I also do not think it could be the head gasket. That leaves me with the rings. Is their any sure way to test the rigs to see if they are the cause. Or is their anything else that could cause loss of compression.

Do a compression test, test all cylinder dry first, then, add a teaspoonful of oil to each cylinder, one a time, and test them again. If the numbers jump considerably, bad rings.

Don't think there is much you can do with the heads already off.....
