Today while driving the battery light came on just after stopping at a light. Disappeared just after I started moving again. About an hour later (the battery light still coming on as previously described) the ABS, traction control and another yellow light in that cluster came on as well as A/C cutting out and radio going off. But once I started moving again the A/C and radio came back although the lights stayed on. While driving during the past week or so I have heard a "whirring" noise coming from the right side and after replacing the radiator yesterday my brother and I heard it more prominently...coming from the alternator we have assumed.

Today I checked the codes and got a P0123...Throttle position sensor high voltage. Could this cause the problems I've encountered or is the alternator going bad and caused the P0123? Or maybe the battery is going bad and causing these issues??
