Question 2012 gc p000c, p0019, & p0300

New to the group. 2012 Grand Caravan R/T 190,xxx miles. About 8 months ago I noticed a rocker arm ticking. I replaced all of them on the left/front side of the motor along with new lifters. Also did a replacement of a leaking oil cooler. After reassembly, when starting after sitting all night, the van would start, rattle a little bit, almost throttle down to off, then resume and stay running. Each subsequent start throughout the day would require a second "start". Van would start, rattle, and stall out. There is an obvious feel of reduced power, especially when acellerating. Van will crank and remain running after the second start. At one point shortly after this repair, the van lost a significant amount of power, so all new plugs were installed. Based on the P000C, P0019, and P0300 codes, where would be a good place to start replacing components? Only thing I have NOT checked are the coil packs. I am by far a professional mechanic, but I am no stranger to working on vehicles when I have proper instruction, parts, etc. Thank You in advance to whomever chimes in with any advice.
