Default 2005 3.8L Grand Caravan Misfire

195,000 miles
Bought from auction
Trying to fix for a friend who has like 20 kids

First I took care of the engine codes.

There was P0073 (sure enough sensor was destroyed probably from driving through deep snow).

P0340 - cam shaft position sensor... replaced it... Seems someone attempted to replace it themselves before... as there was fresh dialectric grease in the connector... but the sensor itself was not seated all the way into the engine, so I put in a new one and actually installed it right.

Also the coolant temperature connector was busted, and it wouldn't stay connected, so replaced the connector. This alone made the car run way smoother.

But the misfire is pretty bad.

I took the car 80mph and the check engine light started flashing, which is really bad right? Well when I got off the highway and back lower speeds, the engine light went off...

No more engine codes present, but live diagnostics gives me the following:
Fuel Sys 1 CL
Fuel Sys 2 N/A
Calc Load 25.5(%)
ECT 192(f)
STFT B1 -1.6%
LTFT B1 -2.3%
MAP 10(inHg)
Eng RPM 760
Vehicle speed 0
Spark Adv 21.0 degrees
IAT 72(f)
TPS 12.9%
O2Sloc O2S11 O2S12
O2S B1 S1 0.780v
STFT B1 S1 2.3%
O2S B1 S2 0.760v
STFT B1 S2 99.2%
O2S B1 S1 0.780v
STFT B1 S1 2.3%
O2S B1 S2 0.760v
STFT B1 S2 99.2%

According to my research, the STFT B1 S2 99.2% value is way off from what it should be.

Any ideas what I should do next to solve this misfire? I replaced the spark plugs. The wires look brand new. I have not inspected the ignition coil pack as I'm not sure how to do that yet. I have a feeling someone was attempting to fix this at one point. Several busted electrical connectors (although most zip tied together), and the cam shaft sensor not seated properly make me think whatever was attemped was not done properly. Anyone have an FSM for this motor?
