Default Ticking and squeaking noise

I have a 14 Dodge Grand Caravan with approx. 155k on the vehicle. It started out as a squaking/squealing noise coming from the left side of the engine block where the pulleys, oil pump, and water pump are located. Now it has turned into a ticking noise. It is the worst when the vehicle is first started and calms down after a few minutes as the engine and fluid temperatures rise in the vehicle. Acceleration will cause some of the noise to return but quickly dies back down when foot is not on accelerator. I have tried a stethoscope on the top side of the block and cannot hear the noise so I am going to take the wheel off this weekend to see if I can pinpoint it. I have been loosing oil and water lately albeit a slow leak. We have already changed one of the pulleys that was going bad. The others seemed tight. Any suggestions as to where to begin would be helpful. Thank you
