Hi, I just picked up a pre-owned 2010 Caravan SE. It doesn't have power windows or power sliding door. I cannot open one of the door from inside. I thought it was child lock but it's not. It's also not the unlock/lock button. The door can be unlocked from the outside. Here's the difference between a child lock door from the working sliding door. The working door will pull further and have click. The non working door will have half the pull and no clicks.

I haven't been unable to find a similar problem elsewhere.
