Default Car jerking forward, horrible fuel mileage and bad idle following manifold/o2 change

A month ago I purchased a 2008 3.3l v6 grand caravan which had a hole in the exhaust manifold. I decided to bring it to the garage to change the mani due to the loud noise from the hole and I provided the part which i bought from rock auto (Dorman) after the part change my engine light came on and was told by the garage that my upstream o2 sensor (bank 1 sensor 1) needed to be replaced. I drove for 2/3days before changing the o2 sensor but the car began running very rough sometimes refusing to go past 40 or 60kph and it was jerking forward when pushed to go past these speeds or when slowly accelerating, on top of that my idle was very bad (the engine was shaking quite a bit when idling) and my gas mileage was HORRIBLE. After the o2 sensor change those problems are still present. My engine light is still on and I am getting codes p0171, p0172, p0032, p0131 which are all pointing towards bank 1. Has anyone delt with anything similar? I went to a few garages and they are struggling to find my problem some say it is electrical but others are convinced it is mechanical but still no answer from them…
