Default Cyclinder 1 misfire after changing spark.plugs and coil packs

I need to find out if its the fuel injectors or something else

Need more information, What year is your minivan and engine size. Also did you replace parts because you were having a problem or started after you replace any parts.

its a 2018 grand caravan I changed plugs and coil packs and still getting a cyclinder 1 misfire idk what to do any more

I'm guessing you have the 3.6 motor? Remove the spark plug and move it to the number 5 cylinder and move the coil to number 3 cylinder. Does the misfire change from the number 1. If it does you may have a bad coil or spark plug.

I did all that already and the plugs and coil pack are only a week or so old and it is still reading misfire on cylinder 1 I changed plugs and coil packs twice already I still can't figure it out next thing I'm going to do is the fuel injector.

You could have a rocker or lifter or even a camshaft going flat. Do have ticking sounds when running?
