Hello,
Working with a 2012 Grand Caravan and while searching Rockauto, a disclaimer for one of the blend doors stated that a rear's blend door may be located in the front. Does anyone know if this is true for a 2012 Grand Caravan?

I am asking because I am seeking to replace the two rear blend doors a second time, within a week, because the suppossesly OEM ones didn't resolve the issue, which is no heat to the rear and the front defrost light still blinks upon start-up.

Have you try to calibrate the control head at the front of the dash? You may need a scanner to preform this. Once it has been calibrated, the scanner will let you know if it passed or failed.
