Post Banging my head against the wall

Hello, I have a 2014 Grand Caravan that I bought fairly cheap. The guy told me the only issue was a cylinder 1 misfire. I thought that would be easy enough only to find out the #1 cylinder cam lobe to be almost completely gone. I ordered cams for it and marked my phasers for reference. Once I replaced my cams, plugs, coil packs, rocker arms and lifters I re-assembled everything together and went to fire it up finally. I should note that the left bank timing chain did jump a tooth (I think) down on the crank. It fired up and idled just fine then I started getting a P0300 code for random misfires. I did some research and found it is common for aftermarket lifters to be slightly taller than OEM so I took the whole thing back apart and installed OEM lifters and re-assembled. Fired it up and it idles rough but fine-ish. I figured the rough idle was due to the number 1 cylinder not firing properly for a while. I left the van to run and started putting away my tools. BIG mistake the van said "we're not done yet" and shut off on me. I hooked my scan tool up and found multiple codes. P0300 random misfire, P0507 Idle air control system RPM higher than expected, P2173 Throttle actuator control system high airflow detected, P000D B camshaft Position slow response bank 1, P0018 crankshaft position-camshaft position correlation - bank 2 sensor A. I have replaced the PCV Valve, and both cam position sensors. The guy I bought it from drove it with the misfire for a very long time with "no issues" other than said misfire. My question is could the timing be the cause of all of this? if so how do I set the timing without removing the timing chain cover (if possible) and if its hot the timing what could my other problems be? I am losing my mind trying to get this thing nailed down and back on the road, It has been almost 2 months now of going back and forth with this vehicle. Thank you for your time and future much needed assistance.

If you suspect it jumped a tooth, remove the cover and ensure everything is aligned correctly. If the left bank timing chain jumped a tooth, it can lead to misalignment between the camshaft and crankshaft, causing misfires and rough idling. If it’s out of alignment, you might not be able to fully resolve the misfires or other codes until the timing is corrected.

Is there a way I can re-set the timing without taking the timing cover off? I.E. setting TDC and aligning cam phaser marks accordingly?
