I have a 2010 Volkswagen Routan, which pretty much everything in it is Dodge caravan. I’ve been told by Volkswagen that they cannot program the ABS module if replacing. Dodge tells me they cannot program the ABS module because of the age or they don’t have the program is this totally true from Dodge? Can somebody tell me I don’t understand a Dodge product cannot be serviced by Dodge people.

 

Communication protocols likely changed, and they no longer have the tools to do so. Check with the independent shops around you. Someone maybe still have the capability.
