2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Stalling Issue
Hey There...
I have a 2003 GC SE 3.3ltr (5100 miles) that developed a stalling issue about a year ago( at 37000 miles) out of the blue. After i start it and try to put it in drive it'll stall, but start right back up (it always restarts right away), then i'll try again, give it gas to take off, it'll hesitate but go.......but as i drive i can feel it hesitate a little and i can see the rpm's fluctuate with it. I'll get to the end of my road....2 miles...at the stop sign i'll go to take off and it'll stall....i'll restart it...get pissed...stomp on the gas....leave a little rubber....and it'll go and run ok after that. Once in a while i can still feel the hesitation and see the rpm's fluctuate during driving time (i'll hit the gas to speed up, it won't engage real quick, i can feel a hesitation then it'll speed up and run good after) but it's like a hiccup, same with the stalling issue it's not all the time, and i have no idiot lights coming on to tell me what's wrong. It seems like my gas milage has droped a little too. I had it in a garage shortly after this started, it stalled pulling into their lot. They had it for 3 DAYS, drove approx. 80 miles, put it on a computer, pressure tested the gas tank, put water on the motor and they could not find anything wrong with it (it didn't even stall for them, which made me look like an ***). So here i am a year later ready to drive this thing into a tree, trying to figure what could possibly be wrong. If ANYONE has had this problem and has found the culprit PLEASE let me know.

Could be a few different possibilities. Check fuel pump and filter. Could be TPS sensor. Checked your plug wires and plugs lately? I'd probably start with plugs and wires, mainly wires, might have one shorting out.
Finally got a code....it was the throttle position sensor, replaced it and it runs like new....it's always something stupid
