'00 Grand Caravan - Fuel Smell

My 2000 GC has 85K miles, well maintained. btw: new air filter. Lately it has been exhibiting a rich fuel smell in the exhaust. Obviously, it does it more when cold. Any ideas? Could this be the PCV valve?
