Here they are some pics that i promised for those who didn t believe my caravan could reach 120 MPH, i didn´t have enough time to take the speed limit off, but next week i spect so. I M not doing just 120 miles because when the knedle pints the 120 cuts off the inyection and i might breake the engine, but believe me it reaches very fast this speed!!!

I think the speed governor is built into the computer. How will you remove it?
Congrats on modifying your van and getting to top speed so quickly.

 

The speed limit is in the map of the computer, i thik so. it might take me a lot of time, i dont know.

Pics of Turbo set up. Intercooled or not? Eng. 3.0-3.3-3.8?

 

there are some pics of the turbo set up in the forum, more or less in page 8 on, and has not intercooler, was not necesary because doesn´t charge too much preasure only 0.450 Kg. and its a 3.3 v6, forged pistons and many other thigs i had to do for not blowing of the engine!

What did you do to the tires/suspension/drivetrain to keep from being the fastest ball of sheetmetal and plastic rolling down the interstate?

 

I reduced a little bit the front suspension, and also put 245/45/17 rear and front tires with mille miglia wheels, thats all folks!
very stable!!! believe me!

looks great...i've had my moms '00 up to 115mph (in a 40zone!!!) took a while tho, these 3rd gens are over 2tons

i've had my '94 to 120 (verified by my friend in his turbo Jetta behind me), & that was before i ported the heads & had them milled for more compression

it got up there way faster then moms, but it also had more mods & weighs almost 900lbs less

anyway you could get video of your van???
