has anyone installed HIDs on 2000 Grand Caravan?
was it easy to install for a DIY?
how much HID kelvin is allowed on our streets?

8000K is generally the limit, because the higher the kelvin the less actual light output there is, but more color

most 9007 kits are plug-n-play, no issues just mount the ballasts in a nice location

i'm buying my mom a HID for her '00 for Xmas, getting 4300Ks (the same color as all OEMs, plus the most output)

google it, i'm not giving you specifics, but it means High Intensity Discharge, basically instead of a tungeston (spelling?) filament burning, there is a chamber with Xenon gas, & a spark is being shot thru the chamber
