[:-]will a 3.3 engine out of a 2002 chrysler work in mine 1998 caravan if i use my intake and fuel rail and rest off my engine,thanks

 

The only way I know for sure is to check the Hollander interchange manual which may be available at your local library.

I am speculating here, but I don't think they will. 2002 is a 4th gen van and 1998 is a 3ed gen, with lots of design changes. I think the serpentine belt was redesigned for the 4th gen vans and there may be other external differences. Internally they should be about the same.
