check fuel pump ! you can have a leak, because you ar loosing preasure, that's way it take long time to start in the morning, it take a long time to loose the preasure, that way you have no problem to start the engine afte the first time. Look for a gas leak.
Good luck. I hope it help you!

The owner of the Van before me, is a mechanic and he says he replaced pump over 6 months ago. So it could be that its now leaking... at least you are giving me one option and this way the mechanic tomorrow can just charge me like $$$millions of dollars.. I am scared of mechanics by the way.. lol
when was the last tune-up?
plugs and wires
fuel filter/air filter/pcv
all these play in hard starting
a clogged fuel filter will reduce flow and pressure
bad plugs and wire's reduce ignition's spark(energy)
clogged air fliter reduce's air and may cause a rich condition in fuel/air mix
