Some how when all went back together #1 Ex. valve adjuster was not allowing the valve to fully seat.
Now that it's running on all cyl. is a plus. Only problem I'm chasing is still a mis fire code on #1. I can hear and feel the mis when cold. It is a hit and miss. Once warmed up it is firing on all cyl with nice idle and power.
I'm leaning toward the coolent sensor. The ohm check out for cold. Gauge are good and coolent fan will come on.
It is more noticed once it starts to warm up and not yet up to temp. Rough idle while in gear,van jurks a little.
Coolent temp sensor would be the only sensor not replaced, other than map sensor.
#1 cly has 140 lbs of compression cold. Leak down test showed that valve not seating.
Now to figure out rough cold running,again only at idle.
