Default 1998 GC front hum noise, it's not the bearing I would think

Ok, here's the deal, the noise remains constant no matter if swearving and even with the engine off. It can't be the bearings, in that case. So what else is there to check. Could it be the front hood spoiler and it's wind noise? Starts almost immediately, around 20 mph. Any idea's? Thanks,

Nope, not tires, they are almost new, off my other van which was very smooth.... I may try and remove the air deflector on the hood and see if that's it.

Well, I've eliminated the front hood spoiler. I took it off, the steady hum is still there. I did some other tests and the hum does not change when the brake is applied either.

Transmission most likely ring and pinion noise.
