Default Unever wear and tear help dealership wont

My 2016 sxt challenger was fine until july ive has wheel allignment twice by firestone and all balancing and rotation done at dealerships csr is shaking on 65 and over front tires are cupped inside and outside Stay as far away from this dealership ************** texas as you can. I bought my 2016 challenger brand new extended warranty its been nothing but a f****** nightmare with the service department ive gone 7 TIMES all my days off. My front end of the car has been shaking and everytime they say its not and never resolve it but it is whether its the service advisors there is ************ etc or the manager *** or the general mananger **** they all give me a run around. Today was the last straw aside from ************ the (manager) saying he couldnt feel anything they wanted me to pay for a wheel allignment and balancing after ive been there 7 times i will never buy from ********** and make sure everyone i know knows to stay away from this dealership. I called the fca dodge/mopar customer service number and the lady over the phone told me the dealership is lieng about not covering the uneven wear and tear under the tire warranty and that they have to replace the tires which ********** refuses to admit. Im going to find out how to come in contact with *********** himself and spread the word around at my own work place i work with about 20 mew people daily in the near by area to let them know what kind of a **** show this dealership is and how they wont honor a warranty.

Hi Marcos,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The tires themselves are covered under a separate manufacturer warranty, not your FCA basic or powertrain warranty. Since it appears you may have gotten bad information, I'd be happy to take another look at the call you made to our Customer Care department, if you'd like to send a private message with your VIN.

I highly doubt Mr. Kellar is looking for any advice. I've seen his kind before. Gets ticked off and joins every car related forum on the internet to vent his frustrations just to trash the offending dealer/repair shop.

Page 5 of the warranty booklet regarding tires:

"Items Covered by Other Warranties The following are covered by separate warranties offered by their makers. They are not covered by the Basic Limited Warranty: • tires; • unwired headphones; or • items added or changed after your vehicle left the manufacturing plant, such as accessories or protection products, or items changed because of customization or van conversion. Be sure you get a copy of any warranty that applies to these items from your dealer, or from the maker of the product. You can find the tire and unwired headphone warranty statements in your Owner’s Literature Package."

You can come on here and bitch if you like, but you WILL NOT mention dealers or name individuals in an accusatory manner in an open forum. TIRES ARE NOT COVERED.....by FCA..

It's not useless, really. If you can't afford to own and maintain a car, then you shouldn't buy one. Nobody wants to be out on the road with their family, then have your bald-a$$ tire wearing $hitbox blow a tire and kill them all.
