first post and eye need advice. I’ve had my eye on this 2017 scat pack for a month now. The dealer wants 35500 w/o tags title fees for it but I’ve yet to even start negotiations. The car is a lemon buy back in the state of CA. It has under 9000 miles on it. My question is how much would you pay for it? Will insurance rates be higher? Eventually eye will take a loss if eye ever decide to trade it in or sell it but what kinda loss would eye be looking at 5 years later? Eye have not seen the car fax but description on the window States it’s a buy back that has seat belt issues.

Eye know I’m using the wrong eye but iPhones need to be a lemon buy back right now as well
