Hello i have a 2010 dodge challenger with an 8.4 Uconnect radio in it, since early last year the vehicle has been stuck in a reboot loop where the radio would come on and only play for a few minutes then reboot, it won’t even turn on at this point and i can’t even get past the Uconnect logo, i heard there was an over the air update to fix the problem but i can’t get the radio to stay on long enough to fix it, does anyone have any experience or advice to try and fix it, (i can’t access any of the reset options as it won’t come on to go to settings) Thanks.
