Any Dodge Technicians out there???
Situation: 2018 Dodge Challenger with 8.4 Uconnect No Nav, UAS, system in it. I need TSB 08-016-19 REV. C. done to the vehicle. My Dodge garage said that they can do it but if it bricks my radio I'm on the hook for the replacement even though it's under extended warranty. Can anyone just give me the file so I can do this upgrade myself? It's not posted on Uconnect's website. Dodge Cares told me I needed this upgrade to go to Version 22.6. I'm tired of getting the run around from my Dealership and Dodge Cares.
A 2018 that is out of initial warranty?? How many miles did you put on it?
Seems to me, that if a process the DEALER is performing, causes a problem, the DEALER should be responsible for fixing it.......
