Default Scat Pack Problems

My scat pack has been in dealer for 5 weeks due to some manufacturing issues. I haven稚 driven it for 5 weeks and I called ally national bank to inform them if I haven稚 driven it for 5 weeks why should I pay for that months monthly payment. Is there anyone I can speak to about this issue who can just take off that months payment only ?

What year? Challenger? Charger? What problems? Did they give you a loaner?

You still own the car, and eventually, you will get it back, therefore, you still need to pay for it. Just because I go on vacation for a week, and leave my house, does not imply I don't need to pay for it while I am away.

I understand but if the car is broken down due to manufacturing problems which isn稚 my fault why should I pay hence why I didn稚 get charged when I took it there because they knew it痴 their fault. If I知 going on vacation that痴 a different scenario.

Then the manufacturer owes you something. Not your bank. Your car has been down an inordinately long time. That just isn't acceptable. They should either give you something to drive in the meantime, or, they should buy it back.

Lemon Law. Tell them you want another car, or your next call is to your lawyer.

bank owns the car not the dealer. I just need a number to either bank or manufacturer so I know who to talk to
