5W-40 synthetic as recommended by the manufacturer.

we have 4 vehicles in the family and we use it for every one and no issues, less oil changes and less time changing it. Also in 1 vehicle which had oil consumption issues, (it is a camry) the friggin thing was burning up a quart a month, I switched it to the brand I use and now it still burns oil but it's a quart every 3-4 months so this stuff works!
