Is Challenger production delayed?

I'm a little late to this discussion, but I ordered a Challenger on March 26 (thereabouts) and picked it up on May 13.
If there was a delay, I wasn't aware of it. I expected 8-12 weeks, which they said was standard, and I got mine in about 6 weeks.
