Default Challenger - P0152 P1129 P

Hey all, I have a 2015 Challenger with the V6. Has been running perfectly fine but all the sudden in the past week I've started getting what feels like a sputter randomly and then it clears up...

Checked the OBD and found 2 Pending fault codes - P0152 P & P1129 P so i replaced the passenger side O2 sensor with the NTK (This is basically OEM part).... really did not have much of an issue day 1 or 2 then the intermittent issue was still there but today it actually popped a CEL and I read it again still has the 2 pending codes; (I never cleared it) and now has P0152 (Active) but car is running fine as it comes and goes...

Pretty sure the Bank 2 sensor 1 is the upstream sensor on the passenger side I replaced. but what throws me off is the fuel code on that side as well as the parts houses all say 02 sensor which I already replaced... Should i replace the driver side also to be safe... and what else can you advise? Right now i have a fresh tank of gas in it and i have B12 Injector cleaner running through the system...

Car has about 80,000 miles... was going to do plugs but honestly its got to be electrical or something as it runs fine except for once in a while it suppers at idle or in between shifts randomly and disappears. Tried to search forums didn't find anything directly related to this car type

My car warranty does not cover emissions.

PS only thing that has been change to car is resignations were removed with strait pipe and the back 2 mufflers were replaced with magnapaks. they been on there at least a month or more not had this issue till now.

PS i have not seen any power loss or fuel consumption issues aside from when it studders for a moment then clears and runs fine. when it studders its almost like having IAC sticking or something just throwing that out there.
