Default First oil change, delivered back with zero oil inside.

I have a 2021 hellcat, with 3000 miles on it. Went for my first oil change today, and the guy delivers the car and it’s leaking profusely. Car has never had no engine problems, no engine lights nothing.

After we open up the hood, and use the dipstick and there is 0 oil in the engine. I recorded the whole thing, showing 0 oil, mention I haven’t driven the vehicle since it’s been parked ect. The dipstick I recorded showing 0 oil in the engine and now I’m worried about problems down the road.

what should I do?
is there someone I should file a complaint with, I just don’t want to have problems going forward and in no way shape or form should I be responsible for someone else’s mistakes.

should they be responsible for paying for the powertrain of the engine? And is there anyway they are able to do this and extend it to 100k miles.

should they compensate me , and pay for a new motor and have it installed. I just feel like maybe the engine has been compromised and want this to be dealt with in the fairest way possible.

there is a Chrysler, dodge , Jeep and Ram certified dealership and not a random garage where this was taken to. What should I do?

and If they fail to do the things mentioned above, I will make sure that I get an incident report signed in detail about what happened to the manager, but paperwork at the end of the day just recalls what happens doesn’t fix the issue.

should I be reporting this to any agency?

Have you contacted the dealership that performed the service yet?

Who did the work? Oil change shop? Dealership? If they ruin the engine, they have insurance, or are supposed to, to replace it. They probably didn't get the oil filter or drain plug tight. It wouldn't be leaking if they forgot to fill it.

The shop that did the work is responsible. Thing is, the engine may seem fine now, but, running it with zero oil pressure even for a short period is going to dramatically shorten the engines life. The shop owes you a NEW motor. As that is what you had when you went in. Now, it is a problem just waiting to happen.

Default Hopefully You Can Rectify the Situation without Getting Ugly.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. I agree with the previous replies. I would go that route first to get your unfortunate situation remedied. If that doesn't work or they refuse to help, I would seek out a competent attorney in your state who might be able to get the ball rolling. But only as a final resort. Most reasonable and respectable service businesses are going to take care of this.
