Default Shop did something wrong...

Hello.

Took my 2010 srt8 to get brake pads changed. After they were done he told me to turn the car on and step on the brake. Brake went all the way down after about 6 tob10 pumps it got harder. So I left but now I have to press hard to brake. Significant difference from before they were changed. Going back tomorrow to see what went wrong. Any ideas?

Thx

Vacuum leak? Different compound pads? Glazed rotors?

Not sure I would trust that shop again, if they didn't even bother to pump up the brakes after changing pads.....

If they disconnected the brake line they likely didn’t bleed it afterwards and you have air in the system. It will need to be bled properly.
